David Barnitt

David Barnitt is the founder of Attract Capital, LLC and has close to 20 years of deal making experience in M&A and growth capital financings. Mr. Barnitt formed Attract Capital with a distinct focus on helping companies raise growth capital without giving up control. He has been involved in over 100 transactions in his long career amounting to approximately $950 million in total capital. Under his leadership, Attract Capital has become a highly regarded boutique advisor with a diverse client base throughout the US and Europe. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Barnitt was a private equity investor at Greyrock Capital Group. He has also been involved in building and leading early stage and late stage growth companies. He started his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Barnitt earned an MBA from Columbia University School of Business and earned a BSBA from Georgetown University. He is a national public speaker for Vistage International on the subject of raising private capital and communicating with investors. He is responsible for promoting private equity awareness throughout New York State through developing and producing "Private Equity Growth Forums" and launching the New York Mergers and Acquisition Council ("NYMAC").
